Description (from Lelands): White-breasted Penguin sweater carries a lot of use, with stick marks and some red paint transfers on the arms from the goal posts. Extraordinary goalie Tom Barrasso draped this jersey during second half of the regular 98-99 season, the Stanley Cup playoffs and 1999-2000 preseason, only to be traded to Ottawa after twelve seasons of devotion to the Pens. Barrasso delivered for Pittsburgh, especially with masterful defense at the net during their consecutive 1991 and 1992 Stanley Cup titles. This garment was his swansong as a Penguin. Collar hides Starter manufacturer’s tag with black sharpie “35”, as well as size “60-G” tag below that. Excellent wear throughout including numerous puck and stick marks along with excellent pilling at the collar and cuffs. Fight strap has been cut-out which is customary on Barrasso’s game worn jerseys. Comes with an LOA from the Pittsburgh Penguins and is registered into the MeiGray System.
